The sense of calm starts as soon as you pull into the driveway and see the sweeping views of downtown Greenville and Furman University. Grab a chair on the huge wrap around deck to enjoy gorgeous sunsets, sauna and pool views in complete peace and quiet.
Just 15 minutes from downtown Greenville, we are close to all the great restaurants and fun things to do. Or take an easy 10 minute drive to Travelers Rest and enjoy a range of activities from craft breweries to James Beard nominated restaurants.

Guest room #3 at the back of the house features two queen beds. Features an incredible view from its back picture window.

The bedroom level has 3 full baths. Next to the pool, you will find a convenient half bath and outdoor shower.
Guest access
Guest have full access to the house and amenities. The garage features a game room and theater room.
Walk down the natural rock steps and into the large contemporary den with its gas fireplace, and enjoy the fantastic views from the huge wrap around deck. Look down over the waterfall pool and watch the gorgeous sunset in complete peace and quiet.
If you desire more activity, you can have a tennis/pickleball match on the full size private court or play pool on the full slate table in the game room carved wooden billiard room. Or, swim in the custom pool with its multiple levels and built in bar stools. The wooden heated sauna is also available next to the pool.
There is plenty of room with beds for 14 people and parking for 6 cars, so feel free to come and enjoy our Paris Mountain home. We know you will love it as much as we do!
